Our customer care line is open from 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday where our team are only too happy to take your call and help in any way that they can. Sometimes during busy periods the office is unmanned but we do have an answer phone service and of course email, so if you find that nobody is there to take your call, its probably because they are all on the factory floor making your products so please leave a message or email us.

BADGES FOR EMBROIDERY
We have a huge range of badges available for all of our garments, products and engraved items. If we don't have the design that you want or you want your own, then we will get our design team to draw up the art work to as close as we can to what you need.
We can embroider any ship, unit or regimental badge - We work closely with MOD and as an authorised supplier, we have access to their portal that provides us with a huge range of badges, crests and insignia across all of the services.
Our own designs - We are constantly adding more designs to the range that we currently have so it is worth calling us if you're looking for a particular design. If we don't have it, it may mean that we have to redraw it for use on our machines; either way we will endeavour to get you the design that you want.
