Meet the Team
Louise is one of the directors of Forever Jack and she looks after the embroidery, ordering, accounts and customer services side of the company. Louise has been with the company since day one and is one of the founders of the company. Previously Louise worked in HR for a large national employer.

George is the founder of Forever Jack and being an ex matelot himself he understands the market very well indeed. George served between 1978 & 1987 as a Signalman. George looks after the I/T side of the company by writing and updating our website and online payment gateways as well as being the nutty professor behind many of our products and designs. Our customer care line is open from 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday where our team are only too happy to take your call and help in any way that they can. Sometimes during busy periods the office is unmanned but we do have an answer phone service and of course email, so if you find that nobody is there to take your call, its probably because they are all on the factory floor making your products so please leave a message or email us.

We are able to embroider just about any design and we have 100's of designs already created and just waiting for your garment. If you have an image that you would like to try then please get in touch and let us see if it can be turned to a sew pattern.
Be mindful that the image should not be too complex or detailed, the simpler the image then the easier (And Cheaper) to get into the sew pattern needed for our machines.

OUR REMEMBRANCE PINS ARE IN STOCK
We have created these wonderful remembrance pins. Each pin is 30mm in size and has been created just for customers of forever jack. Each year we donate to a chosen charity and this year we are assisting the sea cadets from our local area so by purchasing a pin you will be helping us to help under privileged, disabled and able bodies children from our community.
