Our customer care line is open from 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday where our team are only too happy to take your call and help in any way that they can. Sometimes during busy periods the office is unmanned but we do have an answer phone service and of course email, so if you find that nobody is there to take your call, its probably because they are all on the factory floor making your products so please leave a message or email us.

Be mindful that the image should not be too complex or detailed, the simpler the image then the easier (And Cheaper) to get into the sew pattern needed for our machines.
