Our customer care line is open from 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday where our team are only too happy to take your call and help in any way that they can. Sometimes during busy periods the office is unmanned but we do have an answer phone service and of course email, so if you find that nobody is there to take your call, its probably because they are all on the factory floor making your products so please leave a message or email us.

We pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction and we offer a no quibble exchange or money back guarantee on non-personalise items or any item that has a defect.

We are very happy to be the first to offer these polished brass commemorative zippo lighters marking the maiden voyage and sea trials of Britain's newest warship; HMS Prince Of Wales

All of our Zippos come with a full lifetime guarantee from Zippo themselves and the engraving is done at our own premises and in the case of ships/unit badges or insignia, they are MOD approved.

This Zippo has the inner badge of the ship with the words MAIDEN VOYAGE, SEPT 2019, and the ships name as shown.

You can add a personalisation to the other side for free if you wish.
