Thanks for taking the time to visit the BRAVO9 page that we have created so that we can help support our friend and shipmate Ex- CHOPSM Steve Lewis and his campaign to raise both funds and awareness of the great work of the blood bikes.

We met Steve recently down at HMS Raleigh where he trains young people and Sea Cadets in a variety of subject that include Naval Acquaint, Seamanship, Leadership and a host of other things. Steve is also a volunteer rider with the Devon Freewheelers and BRAVO9; his blood bike.

Steve is an ex CHOPSM having served in the Royal Navy for a considerable amount of time before having to retire from service due to an injury sustained during his career.

He is trying to raise funds to keep BRAVO9 on the road and we are delighted to be in a position to help him with this very worthy cause. We are now asking you to consider helping Steve by visiting his GO FUND ME PAGE and making a small donation towards his goal.

I think we can all agree that Steve and his colleagues do a great job and without their dedication and volunteering the job of saving lives would be a lot more difficult. Steve looks after a large area of Devon and Cornwall and since the area is steeped in Naval History, it is very likely that he has helped save the lives of military personnel, retired personnel and of course their families so in essence, by helping Steve and his colleagues continue with their work, you could indirectly be helping some of your shipmates and their families.
